1. PACKS LEFTOVER FROM YOUR PROJECT OR IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND

We can accept these back for credit, subject to the following conditions:

Unopened full packs must be returned within seven days from the delivery date (subject to our terms & conditions).

At your expense, you can return all first quantity as new, unopened packs to Unit 41 Balthane Estate, Ballasalla IM9 2AG. We will check the packaging and confirm if they are suitable for resale. Refunds minus any delivery costs we incurred will be issued within twenty-one days of receipt of material into our warehouse

Any packs returned in a damaged condition or opened packs will not be credited

Unfortunately, we cannot accept back any packs bought in for you from a third party warehouse. These are items that we do not generally stock in our warehouse or any discontinued line sold in a sale.

Before returning any goods, please ensure you have a returns number. A returns number can be requested from orders@vinylflooring.im

Please wrap the packs on a pallet and ensure it is watertight and that nothing sticks to the packs as this may cause damage.

Please write the returns number, together with your names and our name, clearly on the outside packaging.

A 40% restocking fee applies.
2. GOODS ARRIVED DAMAGED OR SHORT DELIVERED
VERY IMPORTANT:

Please thoroughly inspect your delivery, and should it be short of packs or if there is any damage, dirt, tears, etc., please note it at the time on the delivery note before signing.

Please do the same for Electronic Delivery notes.

After signing the delivery note, please email photographic evidence within 2 hours of delivery to orders@vinylflooring.im along with a copy of your signed delivery note, as claims will not be considered after this time.

If damages have not been noted, our insurance cover will not offer any support for free issue of new material.

Also, after delivery and within twelve hours, we ask that you once again check the material type and colour is correct and that it is defect-free and suitable for the required purpose, including, but not limited to, usage levels. After these times, should a replacement need to be reordered, the material will be charged in full and collected before shipment.

You will not normally be expected to return any damaged packs to us; after we have accepted your claim, we ask that you dispose of these packs safely.
3. FAULTY GOODS
If your flooring has a visible manufacturing fault, please do not attempt to install it. You should contact us at orders@vinylflooring.im
Please send us details of the complaint and photos showing the problem. We will then agree on a course of action with you, in line with our terms and conditions.
4. CHANGE YOUR MIND

To cancel an order, please email us at orders@vinylflooring.im;we will acknowledge receipt of your email.

You must return the products to us as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event within seven days of delivery

The original packaging must not have been opened, and the product must be returned as received.

You must arrange the transport from the address to which they were delivered to us at Unit 41 Balthane Estate, Ballasalla IM9 2AG.

You must meet the transport costs, and a copy of your transportation documentation should be sent to orders@vinylflooring.im

We suggest that you pay for insurance to cover the material during transportation, as return transportation is at your risk.
